Return Policy:

At Garment & Grace, it is our goal to provide our loyal customers with impeccable service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try to make it right!

Please carefully look over your order upon receiving it. If you think that you have received a defective item, contact us at shop@garmentandgrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the mishap for you.

Here are some things to remember when returning an item:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. Your store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card. We will email the gift card code to the email address you used at checkout within 5-7 business days. We cannot issue refunds.
  • If you have not received an email with your gift card code within 5-7 business days after we have received your return, please let us know. You can email us at shop@garmentandgrace.com

Please keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder, so you might check to see if it is there.

  • All returns must be received within 21 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • If you purchased an item at a sale or discounted price, then it is FINAL SALE and is not eligible to be returned for any store credit.
  • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Jewelry, Intimates, hats, tights, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
  • Please include your original invoice in the box for a return.
  • Shipping is non-refundable UNLESS there was a mistake made on our end.
  • Please give our team a little GRACE, and allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our team.
  • Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when you are returning an item. That will ensure that we receive your package within the 21-day window


We have a limited number of each amazingly cool style featured on the website, and because of this we can’t guarantee an exchange. After we receive your return, we will issue you a gift card via email. If the right style and size is available, then you can use your gift card to purchase it
